About the Role
You will lead complex engineering projects focused on user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth. You will break initiatives into manageable stages, balance experimentation with scalability, and partner with product and data on priorities. You will scale engineering teams, monitor performance, develop engineers, and lead the delivery of a reliable, low-latency platform for models and voices.
Requirements
- Experience leading multiple engineering teams delivering high-impact, user-facing projects, ideally four or more years
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, experiment-driven environments with clear business metrics
- Experience scaling teams and aligning them to product and revenue goals
- Ability to track performance and help team members improve output and impact
- Communication skills in cross-functional product, data, and design environments
- Engineering background building scalable SaaS products
Responsibilities
- Lead delivery of complex engineering projects focused on user acquisition, activation, and revenue growth
- Break initiatives into manageable stages with predictable timelines
- Make trade-offs between speed, experimentation, and long-term scalability
- Partner with product and data to prioritize high-impact work
- Identify and fill team skill gaps
- Collaborate with recruiting to attract and retain talent
- Monitor team performance and drive continuous improvement
- Support engineers’ career development through ownership of growth metrics
- Lead difficult conversations while balancing business urgency and technical quality
- Build a reliable, low-latency agents platform with support for model and voice types
- Collaborate with R&D to productionize its work and with Product on immediate needs
