About the Role
You will lead Technical Deployment Leads delivering enterprise AI engagements in Financial Services. You will manage portfolio health, customer outcomes, staffing, delivery quality, complex engagements, reusable playbooks, and executive relationships while partnering on scope, go-to-market activity, and product feedback.
Requirements
- 8+ years leading enterprise AI or machine learning delivery
- At least 3 years directly managing people who owned delivery outcomes
- Experience building and leading technical delivery teams
- Experience delivering AI, machine learning, or LLM-based agentic solutions into production
- Financial Services experience in banks, insurers, or asset managers
- Knowledge of model risk, security, and compliance review
- Ability to evaluate architecture trade-offs and agent designs
- Experience with value-based scoping, TCO, ROI, and impact measurement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Hire, develop, and retain Technical Deployment Leads
- Manage Technical Deployment Leads through regular feedback and growth plans
- Own engagement portfolio health and run quality reviews
- Own customer outcomes and executive sponsor relationships
- Staff engagements with Technical Deployment Leads and engineers
- Lead complex engagements from delivery planning through production
- Set standards for statements of work, MVP scoping, and value measurement
- Create reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, and technical playbooks
- Partner with Sales on engagement qualification, scope, and statements of work
- Run engagement reviews, knowledge-sharing, escalation support, and team goals
- Surface Financial Services delivery lessons and use cases to Product and Research
- Travel to customer sites
