About the Role
You will own US accounting, reporting, and compliance from bookkeeping through GAAP decisions, tax filings, and audits. You will lead financial closes, manage payroll compliance, coordinate advisors and auditors, produce reporting, and automate accounting, billing, payroll, and reporting workflows.

Responsibilities
- Own the general ledger and monthly, quarterly, and annual US GAAP close
- Manage revenue recognition, accruals, capitalization, reconciliations, policies, and internal controls
- Run US federal, state, and international corporate tax activities
- Manage payroll taxes, filings, and provider relationships
- Lead audits, financial statements, investor reporting, due diligence, dashboards, and variance analyses
- Build and automate accounting, billing, payroll, and reporting processes
