About the Role
You will establish and scale US construction deployments, beginning as the initial Deployment Manager. You will generate demand, manage robot operations, hire and lead local operators, establish facilities and legal entities, and handle regulatory requirements while traveling frequently between the US and the Netherlands.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience in an entrepreneurial high-growth environment
- Experience in sales, pricing, negotiations, and account management
- Experience hiring and managing a team
- Ability to manage P&L responsibility
- Ability to navigate employment law and regulation
- Willingness to travel frequently within the US and between the US and the Netherlands
- US-based and eligible to work in the US
- No relocation or sponsorship support
Responsibilities
- Scale construction pilot deployments into concurrent commercial deployments
- Act as the initial US Deployment Manager
- Generate sufficient product demand through sales
- Hire, onboard, and manage local robot and deployment operators
- Manage the robot fleet across the Atlantic
- Set up US offices, storage, or maintenance facilities
- Establish local legal entities and navigate employment and regulatory requirements
