About the Role
Own the Mexico business strategy and deliverables, lead sales and customer delivery, build the founding country team, manage strategic enterprise accounts, develop partnerships, represent the business at events and in media, and drive major country initiatives.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience leading teams and complex projects
- Background in consulting and sales
- Expertise deploying technical products or solutions to enterprises
- Owner mentality
- Hands-on and self-starting approach
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and scale high-performing teams
- Native speaker of the local language
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Mexico country strategy
- Set sales, customer delivery, KPI, and hiring plans
- Design the pipeline for B2B sales targets
- Lead relationships with strategic accounts
- Hire the founding country team
- Define event priorities and brand investments
- Represent ElevenLabs at events and in media appearances
- Build the partner ecosystem
- Drive major country initiatives
