About the Role
You own the performance, growth, profitability, and strategic development of a portfolio of clients. You lead Client Directors, manage executive relationships, oversee delivery governance, own portfolio financial outcomes, guide account planning and growth, manage regulatory and consumer outcomes, and resolve escalations and commercial risks.
Requirements
- Significant experience leading strategic client relationships or account portfolios in a complex financial services platform technology or outsourcing environment
- Experience owning and growing large client portfolios with revenue profitability forecasting and retention accountability
- Experience engaging C-suite stakeholders boards and senior client decision-makers
- Experience leading coaching and developing senior customer commercial or account management professionals
- Strong commercial experience with pricing contract negotiations renewals change controls margin management and P&L ownership
- Experience working in matrixed organisations
- Experience managing executive escalations service recovery transformation programmes and commercial negotiations
- Ability to convert strategic objectives into measurable plans and governance
- Understanding of risk governance and regulatory requirements in financial services
- Experience using customer operational and financial data for decision-making
Responsibilities
- Own relationships and executive engagement across a client portfolio
- Set customer satisfaction relationship health and improvement plans
- Manage senior client relationships and executive escalations
- Lead strategic account planning and stakeholder engagement
- Coach and develop Client Directors
- Oversee end-to-end delivery outcomes and governance
- Align delivery priorities with client commitments and business strategy
- Own portfolio cash flow revenue margin growth and P&L performance
- Manage forecasting pipeline health pricing renewals and contract negotiations
- Partner with Product Sales and Commercial teams on propositions and growth
- Oversee risk compliance regulatory outcomes and Consumer Duty
- Manage audit interactions and closure of findings
