About the Role
Lead the UAE business strategy and execution, drive revenue operations, manage forecasting and sales pipelines, build teams and partnerships, optimize processes, and support ElevenLabs' broader Middle East goals.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technology
- 3-5 years in a senior leadership or General Manager role
- Extensive knowledge of the UAE
- Experience owning and growing a regional P&L
- Understanding of AI and SaaS technologies and their commercial applications
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a high-growth or startup environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving ability
- Fluency in English
- Based in the UAE
- Arabic is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UAE revenue growth strategy
- Conduct market research and assess the competitive landscape
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into sales
- Manage the sales pipeline and improve conversion rates
- Build relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Position the ElevenLabs brand in the UAE market
- Recruit, train, and manage a sales and business development team
- Implement performance metrics and conduct regular reviews
- Identify and implement process improvements
