About the Role
You will own the maritime business P&L and build revenue-generating programs. You will lead capture, proposals, negotiations, customer requirement shaping, program oversight, and senior customer engagement while coordinating business development, product, engineering, and finance.
Requirements
- Experience owning and managing a $50M+ P&L
- Experience generating $100M+ in contract awards or revenue growth
- Knowledge of maritime patrol, ISR operations, surveillance missions, and aircraft operations
- Knowledge of vessel monitoring, command-and-control platforms, intelligence and data services, and situational-awareness networks
- Experience in business development, capture management, and senior customer engagement
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Build, mature, and close a maritime customer pipeline
- Lead capture efforts, proposals, and negotiations
- Translate maritime mission needs into product and program strategies
- Own the maritime business P&L and profitability
- Oversee maritime program financials, schedules, staffing, risks, and execution
- Build partnerships with maritime agencies and commercial operators
- Represent uncrewed ISR capabilities
- Drive collaboration across business development, capture, product, engineering, and finance
