About the Role

You will manage strategic customer accounts and lead AI transformation initiatives. You will set transformation vision, develop frameworks, build executive relationships, quantify P&L impact, manage complex programs and risks, identify expansion opportunities, and scale transformation best practices.

Requirements

• 5-9 years of strategic account management or transformation consulting experience for Fortune 50-100 companies
• Experience building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations
• Mastery of change management and strategic thinking
• Ability to translate capabilities into measurable outcomes and P&L impact
• Executive presentation and communication skills
• Experience orchestrating cross-functional teams and resolving conflicts
• Management consulting or strategy advisory background

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI and value initiatives
• Act as a strategic transformation partner for Fortune 50-100 customers
• Set transformation vision and define JTBD frameworks
• Build and manage C-suite relationships
• Conduct surveys and interviews to frame P&L impact
• Lead value realization and ROI delivery
• Orchestrate cross-functional programs, escalations, risk mitigation, and updates
• Identify expansion opportunities and support cross-sell and upsell initiatives
• Produce decks, frameworks, and communications to scale best practices
