About the Role

You will lead a global data center construction portfolio and construction strategy. You will manage contractors, EPCM firms, and vendors; ensure projects meet schedule, budget, quality, and technical goals; establish risk and quality controls; and resolve complex technical and contractual issues with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• 15+ years of experience managing large-scale industrial or critical infrastructure construction programs
• 7+ years of experience in the hyperscale data center or mission-critical facility sector
• Expertise in large-scale contract negotiation

Responsibilities

• Oversee the global data center construction portfolio and capital expenditure budget
• Develop and execute program-level construction strategy
• Select and manage general contractors, EPCM firms, and vendor partners
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to required quality and technical standards
• Establish construction risk management, QA/QC protocols, and project reporting metrics
• Collaborate with site acquisition, design, and sourcing teams to de-risk projects and resolve issues
