About the Role

You will build and scale infrastructure and indirect sourcing across facilities, IT infrastructure, factory operations, site expansions, and corporate services. You will lead and develop sourcing staff, establish sourcing processes and governance, improve cost and supplier performance, and mitigate commercial and operational risk.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or strategic sourcing
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading sourcing, procurement, or supply chain teams
• Experience owning sourcing strategy across indirect, infrastructure, facilities, IT, or operational spend categories
• Experience building processes, teams, and supplier strategies in a high-growth or rapidly changing environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and retain an infrastructure and indirect sourcing team
• Deliver cost, efficiency, and supplier performance improvements
• Establish scalable sourcing processes, governance, and operating models
• Support site launches, expansions, and production-scaling milestones
• Reduce supplier, commercial, and operational risk through supplier management and contingency planning
