About the Role
You will directly manage Solutions Consultants and own commercial performance across new business, expansion, and renewals. You will coach the go-to-market builder motion, run regional operating cadences, hire and onboard new consultants, and partner with BDR and Outcomes leaders on pipeline, adoption, and renewal execution.
Requirements
- Quota-carrying B2B sales experience
- Experience with workflow design, live demos, or technical sales
- Frontline sales management experience
- Coaching ability
- Pipeline-health analysis and risk identification
Responsibilities
- Own team commercial performance across new-logo ARR, expansion ARR, and UBP outcomes
- Coach Solutions Consultants on discovery, workflow architecture, live builds, and adoption handoffs
- Participate in pipeline reviews, deal support sessions, call reviews, and forecast calls
- Hire, onboard, certify, and manage Solutions Consultant performance
- Partner with the BDR manager on pipeline strategy, outbound targeting, and qualification
- Partner on adoption handoffs, at-risk account management, and renewal strategy
- Represent the region in leadership forums
