You will lead and develop AI Deployment Managers, own post-sale account planning, manage account health and expansion opportunities, resolve complex enterprise deployment escalations, establish scalable processes, guide rollout and prompt-design practices, and advocate for customer needs across product, engineering, and marketing.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience leading customer-facing technical teams in TAM, Solutions, Deployment, or similar roles
- Software development lifecycle knowledge
- Engineering organization knowledge
- AI-enabled developer tooling knowledge
- Customer adoption and expansion experience
- Executive communication skills
Responsibilities
- Hire, lead, and develop AI Deployment Managers
- Own post-sale account planning, account health, usage, risk mitigation, and expansion pipeline generation
- Resolve complex deployments and enterprise account escalations
- Build scalable deployment processes
- Guide rollout strategy, prompt design, context configuration, and internal enablement
- Partner with Sales and Field Engineering on post-sale delivery
- Advocate for customer needs and product adoption
