About the Role
Own the Brazil business end to end, develop country strategy, build the founding commercial and technical team, lead strategic account relationships, set sales and delivery KPIs, define event priorities, develop the partner ecosystem, and drive market leadership.
Requirements
- 15+ years leading teams and highly complex projects in Brazil
- Background in consulting and sales
- Deep expertise deploying technical products and solutions to enterprise customers
- Owner mentality and hands-on approach
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and scale high-performing teams
- Native Portuguese speaker
- Strong English fluency
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Brazil country strategy
- Set sales, customer delivery, hiring, and KPI priorities
- Design the pipeline to reach B2B sales targets
- Lead relationships with the top 30 strategic accounts
- Hire the founding Brazil team
- Define event priorities and brand awareness investments
- Represent the company at events and in media appearances
- Build and leverage the partner ecosystem
- Drive major initiatives for the country
