About the Role
You will own end-to-end GTM recruiting across Singapore and the wider Japan region. You will map talent, partner with hiring managers on role definition and interview processes, source and close passive candidates, assess pipeline data and market signals, and improve scalable recruiting operations.
Requirements
- Experience recruiting GTM talent for high-growth technology companies
- Knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, developer tools, or cloud markets
- Experience hiring across Japan and broader markets
- Passive candidate sourcing
- Stakeholder management
- Written and verbal communication in Japanese and English
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build pipeline without inbound candidates or agencies
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles across Singapore and the wider Japan region
- Build talent maps across enterprise software, AI, developer tools, cloud, infrastructure, and high-growth technology
- Define role requirements, calibration, interview processes, and candidate profiles with hiring managers
- Source, engage, and close passive candidates
- Represent Cognition in the market
- Guide candidates through the hiring process
- Use data and market insight to assess pipeline quality, conversion, compensation signals, and hiring risks
- Improve recruiting processes and scalable operations across Japan
- Advise hiring leaders on talent
