About the Role

You will manage the CRO's complex calendar, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare expense reports, and track office budgets. You will organize board, customer, partner, and investor meetings; prepare executive materials; coordinate communications; prepare agendas; and track action items while handling confidential information discreetly.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives.
  • Experience managing complex calendars, international travel logistics, and high-volume stakeholder interactions.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Experience using Slack and Teams.
  • Strong organizational, written communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Discretion in handling sensitive financial, corporate, and personnel information.
  • Executive presence when interacting with board members, investors, and senior leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a complex calendar across multiple time zones.
  • Prioritize executive time and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics.
  • Prepare expense reports and track CRO office budgets.
  • Coordinate board, customer, partner, and investor meetings.
  • Prepare board packs, customer materials, investor decks, and executive presentations.
  • Coordinate communication with the CRO's direct reports and GTM function.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and track action items.
  • Collaborate with other Executive Assistants on workflow and communications.
  • Handle confidential financial, corporate, and personnel information.
