About the Role

You will lead the technical pre-sales process, scope customer use cases, articulate business value, design and demonstrate the platform, and conduct technical and architecture reviews. You will partner with sales, product, and engineering colleagues to improve customer solutions and anticipate customer needs.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in Spanish and English
• 5–7+ years of sales engineering, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical sales experience
• Experience building and presenting demos and working with customers in go-to-market roles
• Experience building relationships with prospective customer executives and technical leaders
• Experience leading enterprise sales processes
• Ability to connect prospect business problems with solutions for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to use AI tools for discovery preparation, solution design, demos, prototypes, and technical proposals while owning accuracy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
