About Ethena

Ethena is a decentralized finance protocol that allows users to mint USDe, a synthetic dollar, using liquid staking tokens as collateral. The platform also offers staking of USDe to earn yield in the form of sUSDe. About the Role

You will own the full sales lifecycle for enterprise clients, originating, negotiating, and closing partnerships with banks, fintechs, payments companies, neobanks, and other enterprise counterparties. You will build and manage a global prospect pipeline, own relationships with whitelabel partners, develop operational processes, coordinate deal execution across legal, operations, finance, and product, and refine commercial positioning based on market feedback and counterparty needs.

Requirements

  • Deep familiarity with the payments and fintech landscape, including infrastructure layers, value chains, neobanks, B2B payments, and cross-border corridors.
  • Proven business development and sales execution experience closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals from cold outreach through signed agreements.
  • Commercial sophistication and the ability to identify product value, develop market theses, and execute against them.
  • An existing network in payments and fintech, particularly across emerging markets.
  • Ability to operate without an existing playbook, identify blockers, and make sound independent judgments in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment.
  • Professional maturity and enterprise credibility with senior counterparts at regulated financial institutions.
  • Comfort working in a high-trust, flat, async-first team at startup pace.
  • Energy and initiative without requiring extensive direction.

Responsibilities

  • Originate and close deals with suitable enterprise counterparties.
  • Build and manage a structured pipeline across North America, LATAM, Southeast Asia, MENA, and Europe.
  • Own relationships with whitelabel partners, manage commercial terms, monitor partner health, and identify long-term growth opportunities.
  • Develop onboarding processes, deal structure templates, internal approval workflows, and launch playbooks for the whitelabel product.
  • Align legal, operations, finance, and product teams to execute deals smoothly.
  • Surface blockers early and resolve them proactively.
  • Refine product positioning and commercial framing based on market feedback, competitive signals, and counterparty needs.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work
