About the Role

Join Adyen's Enterprise Business Representative team, supporting strategic pipeline generation through account targeting, campaign orchestration, tailored prospecting, account planning, AI-enabled workflows, and industry-event engagement.

Requirements

  • Curiosity about customers, products, payments, and industry trends
  • Adaptability, resilience, ownership, and sound judgment
  • Enterprise sales qualification knowledge
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-influence skills
  • Technical aptitude and strategic thinking
  • Fluency in German and English, written and verbal
  • B2B sales, consulting, or go-to-market experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms is a plus
  • Fintech or payments experience or interest is a plus

  • Target high-potential accounts using signal-driven insights and commercial strategy
  • Design and support campaigns aligned with buyer needs, market trends, and strategic priorities
  • Execute tailored multichannel prospecting
  • Shape strategic account plans and refine outreach based on feedback
  • Use AI-enabled workflows to optimize prospecting and uncover opportunities
  • Identify new business opportunities at industry events
