About the Role

You will manage strategic enterprise customers and lead AI transformation initiatives. You will build executive relationships, define adoption frameworks, assess ROI and P&L impact, coordinate cross-functional programs, mitigate risks, identify expansion opportunities, and create reusable transformation materials.

Requirements

  • 5–9 years of strategic account management or transformation consulting experience with Fortune 50–100 companies.
  • Experience building C-suite relationships and leading large-scale transformations.
  • Change management and strategic-thinking expertise.
  • Ability to translate capabilities into measurable outcomes and P&L impact.
  • Executive presentation, communication, cross-functional coordination, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Background in management consulting or strategy advisory.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of customers and lead ROI and value initiatives.
  • Set transformation vision and define jobs-to-be-done frameworks with customer leadership.
  • Build C-suite relationships and advise executives on AI priorities.
  • Conduct surveys and interviews to measure P&L impact and deliver ROI reviews.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional customer programs, escalations, risk mitigation, and updates.
  • Identify expansion opportunities and partner with sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Create reusable decks, frameworks, and communications for transformation best practices.
