About the Role
You will manage and grow strategic global SaaS-platform and e-commerce-marketplace accounts. You will provide payments guidance, lead commercial discussions, coordinate projects, build customer relationships, use data to develop compelling narratives, and bring customer feedback into internal decisions.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management, consulting, payments, or another client-facing commercial role
- Experience in payments, financial services, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms
- Relationship management across management levels
- Payments consultation and business-review presentation skills
- Business acumen and data analysis skills
- Project management across departments
- Professional written and verbal English proficiency
- Ability to undertake domestic and international travel
Responsibilities
- Provide product expertise, education, and payments guidance to customers
- Prioritize and execute projects across multiple accounts
- Lead commercial discussions and meet strategic and financial targets
- Build customer relationships and align internal and external stakeholders
- Represent customer feedback internally
- Lead strategic payments conversations and business reviews
- Coordinate high-level technical discussions
