About the Role
You will own relationships with enterprise customers, build trust, and provide payments expertise that helps them grow. You will identify expansion opportunities, lead commercial and strategic discussions, manage projects across accounts, coordinate stakeholders, use data to support recommendations, and represent customer feedback internally.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in account management enterprise sales or complex software or financial services
- Payments experience strongly preferred
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience leading strategic payments conversations
- Experience presenting business reviews
- Experience coordinating high-level technical discussions
- Business acumen and analytical ability
- Ability to synthesize complex data sets
- Full professional proficiency in Italian and English
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects
- FinTech or payments company experience highly preferred
