About the Role
You will manage enterprise customer relationships, earn trust, and provide payments insights that support growth. You will lead commercial and strategic conversations, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate stakeholders, manage projects, use data to tell persuasive stories, and bring customer feedback into internal decisions.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in complex enterprise software technical infrastructure or financial services in a customer-facing commercial or technical role
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience leading strategic payments conversations
- Experience presenting business reviews
- Experience coordinating high-level technical discussions
- Business acumen and analytical ability
- Ability to synthesize complex data sets
- Professional proficiency in Swedish and English
- Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects
