About the Role

You will own enterprise customer relationships from the first conversation through live deployment, combining sales, consulting, and delivery. You will manage pipeline, deals, and P&L for assigned accounts; lead discovery, solution design, delivery, and renewals; and navigate security, procurement, legal, and contract processes. You will create technically credible proposals and statements of work, advise clients on enterprise AI adoption, and turn field insights into actionable feedback for product, engineering, and marketing.

Requirements

  • Have experience inside large enterprise organizations and understand enterprise decision-making and stakeholders.
  • Have firsthand exposure to enterprise procurement complexity, including security reviews, legal cycles, IT architecture approval, and budget sign-off.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work across multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Have a track record of delivering meaningful client outcomes.
  • Communicate directly and honestly with clients and leadership.
  • Bring a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Have sufficient technical curiosity to work with engineering teams and ask appropriate questions.
  • Demonstrate strong motivation to grow with the role.

Responsibilities

  • Build meaningful relationships with customers and partners.
  • Own pipeline, deals, and P&L for assigned enterprise accounts.
  • Lead client-facing teams through discovery, solutioning, delivery, and renewal.
  • Navigate security reviews, procurement, legal, and contract execution.
  • Design solutions and write technically credible, commercially sound proposals and statements of work.
  • Advise clients on enterprise AI adoption and how to avoid common initiative failures.
  • Synthesize field insights into actionable feedback for product, engineering, and marketing.
  • Lead client engagements with a delivery orientation.
  • Surface problems early and communicate candidly internally and externally.
