About the Role
You will help companies understand their migration path to Vercel, guiding them through onboarding and then proactively managing the account afterward. You'll continue delivering an exceptional enterprise experience in the AMER market, working closely with technical buyers and developers to drive deals through legal, procurement, and security review. You'll be self-guided, able to accelerate and take ownership as the team scales quickly, and you'll help build processes rather than waiting for them to be pre-defined. This role calls for someone passionate about customers, comfortable with outbound sales, and ready to adapt to constant change and rapid growth.
Requirements
- Top performer with history of success
- Coachable and collaborative
- Experienced with Enterprise SaaS sales cycle closing 6-7 figure deals
- 5+ years Enterprise SaaS experience
- Able to sell to technical buyers / developers, driving process through legal, procurement, security
- Comfortable with outbound sales
- Ability to be self-guided
- Passionate about customers and how Vercel solves their problems
