About the Role

You will own enterprise deals end-to-end, from first-touch outbound through closed-won, across fintech, TradFi, and crypto-native buyers. You'll target security and engineering leadership across the buyer landscape, plus digital asset and tokenization leadership inside TradFi organizations, including Heads of Security at L1s and L2s, CISOs and security engineering leads, and digital asset executives at banks and asset managers. Pipeline generation is a core part of the job: you'll run outbound, convert referrals from partners and customers, and show up in person at conferences and dinners where deals get built. You'll also manage multi-stakeholder, technical, five- and six-figure deals with real sales cycles, using an AI-native GTM stack to work accounts more efficiently than a traditional AE.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of enterprise sales experience selling security, developer tools, or technical infrastructure software
  • Currently in a relevant role selling to security, engineering, or digital asset leaders at fintech, TradFi, or crypto-native enterprises
  • A real track record of prospecting and closing five- and six-figure technical deals
  • Demonstrated ability to run complex cycles with CISOs, Heads of Engineering, security architects, and technical champions simultaneously
  • Scrappy, gritty, resourceful self-starter who has thrived without a finished playbook
  • Balance of strategic thinking with volume and urgency to execute
  • Genuinely fluent with AI tools for research, outreach, call prep, meeting summaries, and organization
  • Strong communicator able to engage both smart contract engineers and Chief Information Security Officers
  • Comfortable with heavy travel including major security, fintech, and crypto conferences plus consistent NYC in-person activity

Responsibilities

  • Run full-cycle sales: prospect, qualify, multithread, demo, negotiate, close
  • Build and execute outbound against a named account list spanning fintech, TradFi, and crypto-native orgs
  • Leverage the referral network to accelerate pipeline
  • Represent the company at major security, fintech, and crypto conferences, plus NYC side events and private dinners
  • Navigate technical conversations with security engineers and smart contract developers and translate testing into business outcomes for economic buyers
  • Use the GTM engineering stack, including AI tooling, enrichment, automation, and data sources, to work more accounts efficiently
  • Maintain clean pipeline hygiene with a logged next touchpoint for every deal
  • Feed product, marketing, and leadership with field insights
