About the Role

You'll be an expert storyteller and problem-solver, helping crypto native, financial services, and enterprise companies confidently and securely adopt blockchain technologies. You'll navigate complex sales cycles, build territory and strategic account plans, and work to close deals with a focus on the fintech vertical within North America's private sector. You'll establish trust and build strong customer relationships, tailoring your sales approach to each client's needs while evangelizing solutions in a compelling and approachable way. Success will be measured by quota attainment, new logos, and account growth within your region.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with experience selling into the financial services industry (banking, fintech, asset management, etc)
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodology and buying process
  • Excellent communication skills to present at customer-facing and conference presentations
  • Track record in new business development and market creation
  • Ability to bridge technology to a customer's desired business outcomes
  • Solid track record of over-achieving quota in a consultative sales environment
  • Ability to travel
  • Experience selling solutions related to risk & compliance, data analytics, financial crimes, or data security solutions (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Exceed quota and increase foothold in private sector markets within North America through prospecting and developing sales pipeline
  • Expand existing accounts
  • Build relationships with customers based on trust and transparency resulting in network referrals
  • Create and execute go-to-market plans that result in predictable and increasing quarterly forecasts
  • Build a diverse pipeline of opportunities resulting in consistent and accurate forecasting
  • Help develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to market trends and competitive drivers
  • Build relationships across departments to provide expert advice to prospects related to technical concepts, product roadmaps, solutions implementations, and training
  • Craft compelling customer proposals
