About the Role
You'll join a high-growth team focused on winning new business from the Corporate vertical market throughout APAC. You will take responsibility for end-to-end sales processes in your territory, targeting multiple corporate research departments. This is a new client acquisition sales leadership role where you will lead and grow your team, research opportunities, initiate discussions, build prospect relationships, coach and conduct demos, manage product trials and close sales. You will forecast accurately, develop the necessary pipeline to meet and exceed goals, partner closely with marketing to expand brand awareness, and work with the Product Specialist team during trials to ensure client engagement. You will also gather and pass on market and client product feedback to help continually enhance the product.
Requirements
- Experienced hunter who has sold to corporate vertical markets across APAC
- Sold SaaS technology, market intelligence/insights and/or financial information to the corporate market place, including Technology, Media, Telecoms, Energy, Industrial, Professional Services, Life Science or CPG vertical markets
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Able to prospect and build a pipeline, from identifying opportunities to gaining access to the right levels across an organization
- Energetic and creative individual with natural curiosity and ability to learn quickly
- Reputation for consistently delivering results and setting the example for work ethic, initiative, enthusiasm, and commitment
- Strong ability to develop rapport with new people and maintain relationships
- Outstanding oral, written and presentation skills
- Able to travel to clients monthly or quarterly based on business needs
- Business-level proficiency in Korean (written and spoken)
