About the Role
You will help crypto native companies, financial services firms, and enterprises confidently and securely adopt blockchain technologies as part of their cryptocurrency strategy. You'll be responsible for new business creation and account management as a market specialist, establishing trust and building strong customer relationships within your target market. You'll navigate complex sales cycles, create territory and strategic account plans, and enjoy the thrill of closing deals. You'll exceed your quota and grow the private sector market presence across North America through prospecting and pipeline development. You'll build customer relationships based on trust and transparency, resulting in referrals that build brand awareness. You'll create and execute go-to-market plans for predictable, increasing quarterly forecasts, and build a diverse pipeline for consistent forecasting. You'll collaborate cross-departmentally to provide expert advice to prospects on technical concepts, product roadmaps, implementations, training, and craft compelling proposals.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales methodology and buying process
- Excellent communication skills to present at customer-facing and conference presentations
- Track record in new business development and market creation
- Ability to bridge technology to a customer's desired business outcomes
- Solid track record of over-achieving quota in a consultative sales environment
- Ability to travel
- Experience selling solutions related to risk & compliance, data analytics, financial crimes, or data security (nice to have)
- Experience selling into cryptocurrency business, cyber security solutions, or financial crimes compliance solutions (nice to have)
Responsibilities
- Exceed quota and increase foothold in private sector markets across North America through prospecting and developing sales pipeline
- Build relationships with customers based on trust and transparency resulting in network referrals
- Create and execute go-to-market plans that result in predictable and increasing quarterly forecasts
- Build a diverse pipeline of opportunities resulting in consistent and accurate forecasting
- Help develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to market trends and competitive drivers
- Provide expert advice to prospects related to technical concepts, product roadmaps, solutions implementations, training, and craft compelling customer proposals
