About the Role
You will guide enterprise AI engagements from discovery through scaled adoption. You will coordinate delivery, manage stakeholders and scope, support onboarding processes, and translate technical progress into executive updates.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Engagement Manager, Technical Program Manager, or Deployment Strategist
- Experience delivering complex technical projects for large enterprise customers
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts, software architecture, and enterprise systems
- Stakeholder management experience in large organizations
- Ability to drive organizational change and customer adoption
Responsibilities
- Support technical discovery and structure strategic engagements
- Draft statements of work with scope, milestones, and success criteria
- Enable project delivery by navigating customer organizations
- Manage relationships with executive sponsors and technical leads
- Lead sprint ceremonies, milestone reviews, and progress reporting
- Coordinate security reviews, legal approvals, and procurement processes
- Manage scope, change requests, and contract modifications
- Capture customer feedback for research and product priorities
