About the Role
You will lead programmes spanning frontier research, AI/ML model development, data workflows, and machine-learning infrastructure. You will turn objectives into delivery plans, manage projects and customer pilots, coordinate technical discussions, track milestones, address programme risks, and improve end-to-end technical delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead internal technical programmes across research, AI/ML model development, data workflows, and machine learning infrastructure
- Translate scientific and business objectives into executable plans
- Integrate experimental findings into model development
- Own project planning and delivery, including compute, resources, dependencies, timelines, and risks
- Lead programmes with industry partners and research institutions
- Facilitate technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive project scoping and proposal writing
- Manage joint development initiatives and customer pilot programmes
- Implement metrics for technical milestones and programme outcomes
- Coordinate compliance and regulatory considerations
- Support intellectual-property and scientific-publication processes
- Drive continuous process improvements
