About the Role
You will manage customer-facing engineering programs for enterprise AI solutions. You will communicate with customers and internal stakeholders, develop schedules, manage dependencies and risks, align engineering with product and business priorities, establish delivery checkpoints, and resolve cross-functional issues affecting schedules and quality.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of engineering or technical program management experience
- At least 2 years of customer-facing technical delivery and operations experience for enterprise AI software or solutions
- Experience with cross-functional technical product delivery
- Ability to independently track and report multiple workstreams across time zones
Responsibilities
- Communicate program status with customers, partners, leadership, and technical stakeholders
- Break down complex issues into actionable strategies
- Create and manage program schedules
- Identify dependencies and manage risks
- Drive organizational alignment across functions
- Ensure on-time delivery and establish status checkpoints
- Resolve issues and coordinate cross-functional dependencies
- Track and report progress across multiple workstreams
