About the Role
You will lead complex programs spanning product and platform work. You will run capacity and utilization reviews, manage infrastructure-partner escalations, turn capacity data into planning tradeoffs, build project plans, align stakeholders, evaluate infrastructure tools, and conduct post-program reviews.
Requirements
- Experience in infrastructure-focused organizations
- Experience with capacity planning, data center operations, or vendor management
- 4+ years of technical program management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional technology programs
- Experience working with external infrastructure or hardware vendors
- Technical background in scalable SaaS or IaaS products
- Quantitative and analytical skills
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Program execution and stakeholder communication skills
Responsibilities
- Run capacity and utilization review cadences
- Surface supply constraints and turn them into planning input
- Manage relationships and escalations with host and infrastructure partners
- Translate capacity and utilization data into cost and reliability tradeoffs
- Build and drive cross-functional project plans
- Identify risks and roadblocks and provide regular status updates
- Evaluate infrastructure tools, platforms, and vendor products
- Conduct post-program reviews
