About the Role

You will lead strategic transformation initiatives, establish program governance, manage milestones and dependencies, and report progress to executives. You will help scale AI-enabled workflows, evolve private-markets risk-management capabilities, prepare executive materials, and improve operating models and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategy, transformation, program management, consulting, technology, risk management, or related fields
• Experience leading large-scale cross-functional transformation programs
• Understanding of AI, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
• Project and program management skills
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to engage senior executives and technical specialists
• Stakeholder influence skills
• Analysis and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across AI transformation, operating model redesign, and private-markets risk management
• Manage program governance, prioritization, milestones, dependencies, issues, and executive reporting
• Advise senior leadership on execution risks, resource allocation, and delivery strategy
• Identify, prioritize, and scale AI-enabled workflows
• Establish operating models, governance frameworks, and adoption strategies for AI solutions
• Track AI investment value realization and business outcomes
• Coordinate private-markets strategic initiatives and new capabilities
• Prepare executive updates, business cases, proposals, investment requests, and communications
• Design scalable operating models and improve strategic-program delivery standards
