About the Role

You will lead end-to-end post-merger integration across business functions and modernize operations through automation and process improvements. You will align enterprise systems, resource plans, budgets, stakeholders, risks, dependencies, and governance. You will run executive reporting, steering committees, and workstream meetings while resolving blockers and escalating material risks.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of program management or management consulting experience
  • Experience leading complex post-merger integrations, carve-outs, or enterprise-wide operational transformations
  • Understanding of capital markets infrastructure and corporate enterprise workflows
  • Interest in digital assets, tokenized securities, and stablecoins
  • Experience converting capacity metrics, headcount data, and operational analytics into resource allocation plans
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end integration across People, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Cost Synergies, and Communications
  • Identify manual and redundant operations and drive automation and cross-platform efficiencies
  • Oversee enterprise system integrations and align workflows with legal entities, cost centers, business lines, and governance frameworks
  • Translate capacity analysis into long-term resource allocation strategies
  • Build and refine human capital, budget, and infrastructure utilization models
  • Align staffing models with product, engineering, operations, and regulatory needs
  • Monitor integration milestones against cost-synergy targets and revenue milestones
  • Manage matrixed stakeholders from operational managers to C-suite executives
  • Maintain a risk register covering issues, decisions, and escalations
  • Map cross-workstream dependencies and resolve blockers
  • Run steering committees, workstream syncs, and executive reporting
