About the Role
You will lead technical programmes across AI/ML research, model development, data workflows, and machine-learning infrastructure. You will translate objectives into delivery plans, manage compute, resources, dependencies, timelines, and risks, coordinate partner projects and customer pilots, and improve programme processes and technical outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Lead technical programmes across AI/ML model development, frontier research, data workflows, and machine learning infrastructure
- Translate scientific and business objectives into executable plans
- Integrate experimental results into the model-development process
- Own project planning and delivery, including compute, resources, dependencies, timelines, and risks
- Lead programmes with industry partners and research institutions
- Facilitate technical discussions with internal and external stakeholders
- Drive project scoping and proposal writing
- Manage joint development initiatives and customer pilot programmes
- Implement metrics for technical milestones and programme outcomes
- Coordinate compliance and regulatory considerations
- Support intellectual-property and scientific-publication processes
- Drive continuous process improvements
