About the Role

You will drive sales and customer success for the Streaming API by onboarding and training customers, providing day-to-day support, and using customer feedback to inform product improvements. You will manage technical integrations and optimize implementation workflows with project management tools. You will run QBRs and satisfaction surveys, forecast renewals and identify expansion opportunities. You will design and execute go-to-market strategies for verticals like DEX bots, gaming engines and trading platforms, recruit power users, coordinate co-marketing and partnership content, generate outbound leads, maintain CRM health scores, and launch drip marketing to support retention. You will engage in crypto-native communities to gather feedback and attract prospects and stay current on industry trends.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Active involvement in the Web3 space
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into technology strategies
  • Commitment to staying current on industry developments
