About the Role

You will build and operate growth from day zero. You will own acquisition, activation, retention, referrals, and reactivation. You will design lifecycle programs (missions, leaderboards, progression, VIP, win-back) and run promotion and bonus mechanics with abuse prevention and economic rigor. You will design and iterate referral programs, maintain growth analytics and cohorts, run a high cadence of experiments, and collaborate with the founders on positioning and product surfaces that drive growth.

Requirements

• Direct iGaming sportsbook casino or prediction-market operator experience
• Proven track record designing and running referral programs
• Strong lifecycle and CRM skills
• Comfort working with raw event data and pulling cohorts
• Strong written voice and ability to ghostwrite for founders and brand accounts
• High output, fast feedback loops, and autonomous product-minded execution
• Comfort working in a small async-first, docs-heavy startup

Responsibilities

• Own growth end-to-end: acquisition, activation, retention, referral and reactivation
• Build lifecycle programs including missions, leaderboards, progression, VIP and win-back
• Run promotion and bonus mechanics with economic oversight and abuse prevention
• Design and run referral programs including structure, recruitment, attribution and optimization
• Maintain growth analytics: events, cohorts, retention curves, LTV, CAC and payback analysis
• Run high-cadence experiments and iterate quickly
• Collaborate with founders on positioning and product surfaces that drive growth
