About the Role

You will design, build, and own production-grade evaluation systems that drive measurable improvements in model accuracy and latency. You will lead experimentation, fine-tuning, and feedback-based evaluation loops, and advance the orchestration of AI/ML systems to ensure scalable, resilient production deployments. You will deploy and maintain machine learning and deep learning models in production, participate in analytics and data science on-call rotations, and mentor peers to raise engineering standards. You will use Python and SQL extensively and apply ML Ops and evaluation best practices in your day-to-day work.

Requirements

• Advanced programming expertise in Python
• Advanced programming expertise in SQL
• Strong system design skills
• Deep experience deploying machine learning and deep learning models in production
• Experience with LLMs or Generative AI preferred
• Foundation in experimentation frameworks and evaluation metrics
• Knowledge of MLOps practices
• Proven ability to own systems end-to-end and collaborate cross-functionally
• Willingness to overlap with PST business hours and participate in on-call rotations
