About the Role
You will own market expansion and execute go-to-market strategies to grow Tangem wallet users. You will select and test acquisition channels, manage regional marketing budgets, analyze local crypto landscapes and user behavior, build partnerships and community relationships, represent the product at events, and track and report growth metrics to the global team.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth, marketing, business development, or market expansion
- Strong crypto-native background (wallets, exchanges, DeFi, Web3, blockchain)
- Solid understanding of crypto adoption dynamics in India
- Experience launching or scaling products in a local market
- Data-driven mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions
- Strong English communication skills
Responsibilities
- Own market expansion in Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia
- Own growth strategy and execution in the Indian market
- Develop and implement a Go-To-Market strategy with defined channels, budgets, and KPIs
- Identify, test, and scale user acquisition channels including online, offline, partnerships, influencers, and events
- Analyze the local crypto landscape, competitors, and user behavior
- Manage and optimize regional marketing budgets based on performance metrics
- Build strong relationships with local partners, distributors, and crypto communities
- Represent Tangem at industry events, conferences, and meetups
- Track growth metrics and report results to the global team
