About the Role

You will build and run the revenue operations function for federal growth. You will make Pryzm a trusted working system, establish pipeline and forecast discipline, create reporting and planning models, and develop onboarding, enablement, and pursuit processes. You will support Growth and Strategy with a shared source of truth.

Requirements

• Revenue or sales operations experience supporting a growing go-to-market organization
• Pipeline management, forecasting, planning, compensation, and reporting expertise
• BI tools, SQL, and planning platform proficiency
• CRM business-system ownership experience
• Enablement and onboarding experience
• U.S. Person status

Responsibilities

• Own pipeline stages, qualification criteria, forecasting methodology, and operating cadence
• Manage Pryzm configuration, data hygiene, reporting, and adoption
• Build dashboards, win/loss analysis, attribution, and revenue reporting
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, target setting, coverage, capacity modeling, and headcount planning
• Support variable compensation design
• Develop onboarding, system training, playbooks, and process documentation
• Design the pursuit lifecycle and decision gates
