About the Role

You will own product marketing for institutional businesses, primarily Derivatives and Data Vantage, while supporting Equities and FX. You will set positioning and go-to-market strategy, lead product launches, create flagship content and sales materials, and equip regional teams with global messaging frameworks. You will lead product marketers, partner with product and sales leaders, manage program budget allocation, and report on pipeline, adoption, campaign, and launch performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B product marketing experience.
  • Strong writing and content-creation ability for positioning, launch messaging, and sales materials.
  • Experience owning product positioning, messaging, and launch strategy across a product or business portfolio.
  • Experience balancing strategy and team leadership with hands-on execution.
  • People leadership experience leading and developing marketers.
  • Cross-functional partnership experience with product management and sales leaders.
  • Experience marketing complex products to institutional or sophisticated B2B audiences.
  • Data-driven experience with competitive intelligence, win/loss analysis, and program reporting.
  • Ability to operate in a regulated environment with compliance and legal review.
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy across Derivatives, Data Vantage, Equities, and FX.
  • Partner with sales and product managers to translate commercial plans and roadmaps into audience-specific positioning.
  • Own the integrated product launch roadmap and coordinate launch narratives with events and content vehicles.
  • Set global messaging frameworks and product marketing kits for regional teams in the EU and APAC.
  • Create product narratives, launch messaging, client materials, and sales materials.
  • Develop launch plans from positioning and naming through campaign execution and sales rollout.
  • Coordinate launches with web, PR, paid, and advertising teams.
  • Use AI tools for content development, market research, competitive research, and campaign production.
  • Lead, develop, and direct a team of product marketers.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing relationships with product and sales leaders.
  • Allocate the program budget across products within the Head's investment plan.
  • Build reporting frameworks and track pipeline contribution, product adoption, campaign performance, and launch performance.
