About the Role

Build and expand a future-ready network of partner banks and financial intermediaries across the Americas through partnerships, network strategy, negotiations, market entry, regulatory research, payment service launches, and cross-functional execution.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in payment network strategy within financial services or payments.
  • Deep experience managing partnerships with payment processors, financial institutions, and merchants.
  • Strong C-suite relationship management and networking skills.
  • Understanding of payment ecosystems, regulatory frameworks, and market dynamics across the Americas.
  • Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to anticipate regulatory changes, partner risk, and market disruptions.
  • Strategic, proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate partnerships with payment processors, financial institutions, merchants, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute payment network strategies for the Americas.
  • Lead negotiations on contracts, pricing agreements, and SLAs.
  • Develop market entry strategies, assess regulatory requirements, and oversee payment service launches.
  • Collaborate with Product, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, regulators, and industry associations.
  • Drive project management across key network initiatives.
