About the Role

You lead client communications, strategy, and execution across entertainment marketing workstreams. You negotiate talent and influencer partnerships, develop campaign recommendations, manage timelines and deliverables, present creative strategies, lead client meetings, oversee projects, and support client activations and process improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field strongly preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in account management or brand partnerships at a marketing, entertainment, talent, or influencer agency
  • Hands-on experience managing talent and influencer campaigns
  • Contract negotiation and production logistics experience
  • Ability to lead complex projects from strategy through execution
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Google Slides, Docs, and Sheets
  • Client communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to travel for client activations, media days, and event support

Responsibilities

  • Lead client communications, strategy, and execution across multiple workstreams
  • Negotiate and manage talent and influencer partnerships
  • Develop strategic entertainment and cultural marketing recommendations
  • Identify and vet celebrity, influencer, and partnership opportunities
  • Manage internal and external timelines, deliverables, and communications
  • Build and present creative and talent strategy decks
  • Monitor industry trends, entertainment opportunities, and competitive activity
  • Lead weekly client calls and meetings
  • Manage agendas, follow-ups, and accountability
  • Oversee project execution with junior team members
  • Travel for client activations, talent shoots, and live events
  • Support internal process improvement and knowledge sharing
