About the Role

You will manage major enterprise partnerships and help financial-services clients develop and implement AI strategies. You will oversee the partnership lifecycle, train client teams, establish joint operations, identify customer needs, develop solutions with internal stakeholders, measure outcomes, and build lasting senior relationships.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a front-office finance position, specifically sales and trading
• Outstanding project management and communication skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Action-oriented mindset
• Creative problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategies for enterprise partners, including training teams, establishing joint operations, and maintaining alignment
• Manage the full partnership lifecycle from onboarding through expansion and renewal
• Represent the customer by identifying explicit and implicit business needs
• Use financial-services workflow knowledge to develop joint solutions and communicate product benefits
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and go-to-market teams to deliver solutions
• Define success metrics, key performance indicators, and reports
• Build and maintain relationships with key partner stakeholders
• Help secure multi-million-dollar contracts and guide generative AI strategy
• Work hands-on with users to ensure strong user experiences
• Address product and engineering problems related to production LLMs
