About the Role

You will activate and enable product, strategic, and channel partners. You will improve partnership systems and resources, coordinate cross-functional launches and co-sell programs, run partner engagement activities, and use reporting to improve partner health and performance.

Requirements

• Six or more years of partnership management, partner programs, partner success, ecosystem operations, or program management experience
• Experience launching and scaling strategic partnerships
• Cross-functional operating, communication, analytical, and project management skills
• Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and technical product concepts
• Knowledge of modern AI tools and workflows

Responsibilities

• Drive partner onboarding, enablement, certification, governance, and operational support
• Build partnership systems, playbooks, processes, and partner resources
• Coordinate cross-functional product launches, integrations, and joint go-to-market programs
• Plan and execute partner engagement, governance, webinars, QBRs, and events
• Build reporting for partner activation, engagement, pipeline contribution, and revenue
