About the Role

You will own the full partnership lifecycle, from identifying and qualifying partners through negotiating terms and launching integrated capabilities. You will monitor adjacent markets, build partner strategies and repeatable playbooks, lead commercial negotiations, and coordinate launch plans. You will also support buy-side corporate development by sourcing targets, developing investment theses, and coordinating diligence.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years in product partnerships, business development, or corporate development in Healthcare SaaS
  • Direct exposure to US health systems
  • Project management experience running six to eight partner workstreams in parallel
  • Understanding of APIs and AI model integrations
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience integrating third parties and launching partnerships to live customers
  • Experience negotiating multi-party commercial agreements and managing redlines
  • Experience with EHR integration constraints, PHI, and BAA mechanics
  • Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Monitor adjacent market categories and recommend build, partner, or decline decisions
  • Own executive relationships with product and EHR partners
  • Source and qualify product partners aligned with the product roadmap
  • Define commercial and engagement models for partners
  • Build scalable product partnership processes and playbooks
  • Lead commercial negotiations and manage contract redlines
  • Own partnership launch plans and performance tracking
  • Source and qualify corporate development targets
  • Build investment theses and valuation views
  • Coordinate diligence for corporate development opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success
  • Build strategic contacts and meeting plans for industry events
