About the Role

You will design and manage partner-program frameworks covering recruitment, onboarding, activation, specialization, co-selling, services readiness, incentives, recognition, and lifecycle management. You will build enablement journeys, establish planning and measurement cadences, prepare executive decision materials, manage strategic initiatives and partner commitments, develop dashboards and metrics, facilitate cross-functional decisions, and strengthen program and operations capabilities through hiring and coaching.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Approximately 9–11 years of experience in partner programs channel strategy alliances revenue operations sales enablement business operations or a related field
  • Experience in a software cloud cybersecurity identity or technology ecosystem with complex partner motions
  • Success designing and scaling partner programs enablement programs or cross-functional operating models
  • Strong program management planning prioritization dependency management metrics and executive communication skills
  • Ability to move between strategy and execution and drive delivery
  • Excellent written verbal facilitation influencing and relationship-building skills
  • Strong business judgment and comfort making recommendations with incomplete information
  • Experience working across Sales Marketing Product Services Finance Legal and Operations
  • High ownership follow-through and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
  • Experience with system integrators distributors resellers cloud marketplaces or technology partners is preferred
  • Experience building partner tiering specialization incentive investment onboarding certification or co-selling programs is preferred
  • Experience translating product launches into partner-ready go-to-market and delivery motions is preferred
  • Experience running executive operating cadences QBRs leadership reviews or chief-of-staff functions is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM partner relationship management analytics planning and collaboration tools is preferred
  • Experience in identity and access management cybersecurity SaaS or enterprise infrastructure is preferred
  • An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Design and manage the partner-program framework across recruitment onboarding activation specialization co-selling services readiness incentives recognition and lifecycle management
  • Establish principles for partner segmentation prioritization investment access and lifecycle progression
  • Create program requirements benefits governance operating guidelines and communications
  • Develop frameworks for joint business planning partner commitments mutual action plans strategic agreements and measurable outcomes
  • Define partner-ready packages for priority products and go-to-market motions
  • Build role-based enablement journeys and calendars for onboarding training certification launches and reinforcement
  • Improve enablement content using partner adoption field usage win-loss evidence and customer results
  • Establish annual quarterly weekly pipeline forecast and executive operating cadences
  • Convert strategic priorities into plans with owners milestones dependencies decisions and escalation paths
  • Prepare leadership meetings QBRs business reviews and executive partner engagements
  • Maintain visibility into initiatives commitments risks dependencies and blocked actions
  • Build dashboards and metrics connecting partner activity to pipeline revenue activation readiness customer outcomes and return on investment
  • Improve partner attribution rules of engagement investment decisions incentives and sales handoffs
  • Facilitate executive and cross-functional alignment and drive decisions to closure
  • Lead through influence and develop program enablement and operations capabilities through hiring coaching role design and reusable processes
