About the Role

You will plan and advance synergy initiatives with LINE Yahoo and coordinate projects across multiple departments. You will organize issues and create materials for stakeholder alignment. You will improve operations through generative AI and MOps standardization and automation. You will design KPIs measure results analyze LTV and other data and propose improvements. You will also plan CRM owned channel and user engagement initiatives and coordinate data integration development legal contracting settlement and operational workflows through implementation and improvement.

Requirements

• Practical experience in business service CRM or marketing planning
• Experience advancing or managing projects involving multiple departments
• Practical experience organizing issues preparing materials and explaining them to stakeholders
• Practical experience using generative AI such as ChatGPT or Gemini for information organization document creation or operational efficiency or willingness to apply it at work
• Experience designing KPIs measuring effectiveness and improving initiatives using data
• Experience creating PowerPoint or similar materials to organize issues and narratives and build stakeholder understanding and agreement
• Experience in business service or marketing planning in EC payments points membership telecommunications or financial services
• Experience planning and operating marketing initiatives CRM data utilization and effectiveness measurement
• Experience using AI or generative AI for operational efficiency information organization document creation or analysis support
• Experience designing standardizing or automating workflows or working in BizOps or MOps
• Experience planning or operating LINE official accounts push notifications in app owned channels or campaigns
• Experience organizing requirements and coordinating development and releases
• Experience extracting and analyzing data with SQL
• Basic knowledge of the Act against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations personal information protection or financial regulations
• Business level English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Plan and advance synergy initiatives and new projects with LINE Yahoo
• Manage projects across LINE Yahoo and PayPay departments
• Organize issues and manage project progress
• Improve and standardize operations using AI and MOps
• Promote process automation
• Design KPIs and measure initiative effectiveness
• Analyze LTV and other data using SQL and propose improvements
• Plan and advance CRM user activation and owned channel initiatives
• Plan and operate engagement initiatives linked to Yahoo Japan and LINE services
• Coordinate data integration development legal contracting settlement and operational workflows
• Improve owned channel and points program operations
