About the Role
You will manage phones calendars and meeting preparations while maintaining tracking documents updating spreadsheets and drafting correspondence. You will improve workflows liaise with clients and brand partners prepare expense reports and create marketing decks and presentations for brand clients.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience preferred in an assistant capacity
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred but not required
- Experience with an entertainment company preferred
- Strong task management skills
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Highly proficient technical skills with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with Adobe
- Knowledge of key players in the entertainment industry
- Curiosity about the entertainment industry
- Understanding of UTA’s client roster
Responsibilities
- Manage phones calendars and meeting preparations
- Maintain tracking documents and update spreadsheets
- Draft internal and external correspondence
- Improve team workflows and build efficient processes
- Liaise with internal teams clients brand partners and industry contacts
- Prepare monthly expense reports for accounting approval
- Create marketing decks and presentations for brand clients
